Every aromatherapy massage is carried out by a trained therapist in a private suite at either our Jabi or Gwarinpa branch, both within easy reach of Wuse, Maitama, Utako and the Central Business District.

What happens during your aromatherapy massage

Consultation

We ask what you want from the hour, and check for anything we should know about. Pressure is agreed before we begin.

Settling in

A private suite, robes and fresh towels laid out. Arriving ten minutes early is what keeps this part unhurried.

The hour

Sixty minutes of slow, flowing work at light to medium pressure, with your chosen oil blend warmed before application.

Afterwards

Take your time getting up. We mention anything we noticed and suggest a rhythm worth booking at.

Most spas are only as good as the therapist you happen to be given that day. We built a review process specifically so that is not true here.

Twenty-eight members of our team across Jabi and Gwarinpa took part in our most recent internal service review. Every therapist sits down, reviews their own performance scores and talks through where the gaps are so the person treating you has been assessed, and knows it.

When the review finds something slipping, it is given an owner and a deadline, and the following review checks whether it actually closed. That is the reason a treatment at Gwarinpa should feel like a treatment at Jabi.

How much is a relaxing massage in Abuja?+

At Lizaffair a 60-minute Relaxing Massage is ₦35,000 at both our Jabi and Gwarinpa branches. Booking a couples session is ₦84,000 for two people in one suite.

How long does the treatment take?+

Sixty minutes of hands-on time. Allow around 75 minutes in total so check-in and settling in are unhurried we ask guests to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment.

What is the difference between a relaxing and a deep tissue massage?+

Pressure and intent. A Relaxing Massage stays light to medium and works across the whole body to help you unwind. A Deep Tissue Massage (₦45,000) uses firm, focused pressure to release chronic tightness and knots. If you are unsure, tell your therapist at consultation and we will recommend honestly.

Do I need to book in advance?+

We welcome walk-ins, but booked appointments take priority and evening slots fill first. Booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want.

What should I wear?+

Come in comfortable clothing. Robes, towels and disposable undergarments are provided, and you undress only to your level of comfort in a private suite.

Do you offer massage for men?+

Yes. The Relaxing Massage and the rest of our massage menu are available to all guests.

Can I book a relaxing massage for someone else?+

Yes. You can pay for a treatment as a gift, and we also offer gift cards and vouchers message us on WhatsApp at 0807 232 6127 to arrange one.

What if I am pregnant or have a medical condition?+

Tell your therapist before the treatment begins if you have any medical conditions, allergies or skin sensitivities, recent injuries or surgeries, or if you are pregnant. We will adapt the treatment or recommend a more suitable one.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Debit cards and bank transfers. We do not accept cash. Prepaid services remain valid for one month from the date of payment.

Can I reschedule or cancel?+

Yes. Reschedule by notifying us at least one hour before your appointment, and cancel at least two hours before. Payments for booked services are non-refundable, but your booking stays valid for one month.

Where exactly are you located in Abuja?+

Two branches: Jabi at 26 Alex Ekwueme Way, Nera Hotel, and Gwarinpa at 17, 4th Avenue. Both open Monday to Saturday 9am–9pm and Sunday 2pm–9pm.
