Cancellation policy

Cancellation & rescheduling

Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.

No-show policy

If you miss your appointment without any notice, a full fee will be charged for the service reserved.

Payment validity

Payments for services made are valid for one month from the date of purchase.

Products

We gladly offer refunds or exchanges for unused products within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are returned with the original receipt and in their original packaging.
